衡阳市烟草公司绩效评价体系研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy, enterprises are facing more and more fierce external competition. Many domestic enterprises have clearly realized the importance of performance management to the development of enterprises. And realize that performance evaluation can effectively improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. As far as the actual situation is concerned, the overall operating mechanism of the tobacco market in our country is in a more rigid state, the product sales system is also in a state of relatively low efficiency, and the overall level of performance evaluation is low. And has gradually become one of the reasons for restricting the development of enterprises. According to the special characteristics of tobacco industry, this paper focuses on the analysis of the relevant problems in the personal performance evaluation system, including the system design, implementation, feedback, application and so on. This paper reviews and analyzes the related research on performance evaluation at home and abroad, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of Hengyang tobacco company performance evaluation. It is found that although Hengyang Tobacco Company attaches great importance to performance management and actively implements some evaluation and incentive schemes, there is too much emphasis on form in the actual implementation process. Fail to truly reflect employee performance and motivate employees. Therefore, it is necessary to actively explore a set of scientific, reasonable and efficient performance evaluation system, which is the key for enterprises to seek a breakthrough in reform. Through the analysis and research, this paper studies the design of the performance evaluation system of Hengyang tobacco company, and studies the specific implementation measures and related expected goals. The article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, introducing the background and significance of this study, as well as the research methods used; The second chapter analyzes the current situation of Hengyang tobacco company performance evaluation, including the company's general situation and responsibilities, as well as the traditional performance evaluation system. The third chapter carries on the Hengyang tobacco company's performance appraisal system related design, including the design idea and the appraisal design as well as the performance appraisal related concrete measure; The fourth chapter analyzes the concrete implementation and expected objectives of the performance evaluation system, including the adjustment of job responsibilities and strengthening the staffing; the last chapter, research conclusions and research prospects.
