浅谈如何做好造价咨询企业效能监察工作

【摘要】：正完善"四项机制",规范效能监察工作运行机制机制是开展工作的基础和前提,在规范造价咨询企业的效能监察工作中要注重健全完善"四项"机制。一是建立领导机制。加强领导,健全机构,是保障效能监察工作运行的关键。造价咨询企业要专门成立以党政主要负责人任组长,行政副职、纪委书记任副组长,纪检监察、财务、工程、企管、经管等部门业务骨干为成员的效能监察领导小组,并建立党政主要领导负责、纪检监察部门组织协
