东汽公司技术创新战略研究

【摘要】：现阶段,我国正处在调整结构、稳定增长的国民经济转型期,国家在各行业大力推进技术创新发展战略,保持国民经济的可持续科学发展,朝着实现伟大“中国梦”的国家发展战略目标前进。东汽公司是国家能源动力装备行业的国有骨干企业,经过近50年的发展,成长为集火电、核电、气电、风电等多元化发展的国际知名透平机械制造商,其主要汽轮机产品已实现国际化。目前,东汽公司在国际、国内的大环境下同样处于调结构促转型的战略机遇和风险并存期,在技术创新领域的战略研究十分紧迫和重要,其研究成果对公司可持续发展总体战略将起到关键的支撑作用。本文应用技术创新战略研究相关的理论,分析研究东汽公司发展过程中不同阶段的技术创新战略及实现,剖析其过去技术创新战略的合理性及问题,有鉴于现阶段技术创新战略的制定和实施。本文应用SWOT分析法,对公司目前的战略环境进行了客观分析,主要是行业现状及技术发展趋势和竞争对手分析,识别了机会和风险;对公司现阶段技术创新的内部优劣势进行了分析,识别了技术创新能力和资源条件。提出了现阶段技术创新战略主模式是技术自主创新+合作创新模式。对火电、核电、燃气轮机、风电分别制定主要战略内容。应用战略实施理论,从技术创新的组织结构,控制系统和组织文化三个方面制定战略实施系统,协调和激励员工,努力实现目标。战略实施论述主要以东汽公司产品研发部门的技术创新工作为研究对象,提出了实施技术创新的主要工作内容:(1)各级职能组织结构的管理实施;(2)人力资源管理实施;(3)差异化技术创新战略实施;(4)成本领先为导向,实现技术产品的国际化战略;(5)树立品牌竞争意识,着力提高品牌竞争能力;(6)实施新产品开发战略;(7)实施网络思维模式的合作技术创新战略。正确的技术创新战略规划及实现将深刻影响公司市场竞争力,从而对实现公司总体发展战略有重要的支撑作用。本研究成果在公司的总体发展规划方面将具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:At the present stage, our country is in the period of restructuring and steady growth of the national economy. The state is vigorously promoting the strategy of technological innovation and development in various industries to maintain the sustainable and scientific development of the national economy. To achieve the great "Chinese Dream" national development strategic objectives. Dongqi Company is a state-owned backbone enterprise in the national energy power equipment industry. After nearly 50 years of development, it has grown into an internationally renowned turbine machinery manufacturer with diversified development such as thermal power, nuclear power, gas and electricity, wind power, etc. Its main steam turbine products have been internationalized. At present, Dongqi Company is also in the strategic opportunity and risk of structural adjustment and transformation in the international and domestic environment. The strategic research in the field of technological innovation is very urgent and important. Its research results will play a key role in supporting the overall strategy of sustainable development of the company. Based on the theory of technology innovation strategy research, this paper analyzes and studies the technology innovation strategy and its realization in different stages of the development process of Dongqi Company, and analyzes the rationality and problems of its technology innovation strategy in the past. In view of the present stage of technology innovation strategy formulation and implementation. In this paper, the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the current strategic environment of the company, mainly the status quo of the industry, the trend of technological development and the analysis of competitors, and identify the opportunities and risks. This paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages of the company's technological innovation at present, and identifies the technological innovation ability and resource conditions. This paper puts forward that the main mode of technology innovation strategy is technological independent innovation cooperation innovation mode. For thermal power, nuclear power, gas turbines, wind power, respectively, to formulate the main strategic content. By applying the theory of strategic implementation, the strategy implementation system is formulated from three aspects: the organizational structure of technological innovation, the control system and the organizational culture, and the staff are coordinated and encouraged to achieve the goal. This paper mainly discusses the technical innovation work of the product research and development department of Dongqi Company, and puts forward the main work contents of the implementation of the technology innovation: (1) the management and implementation of the functional organizational structure at all levels; (2) implementation of human resource management; (3) implementation of differentiated technology innovation strategy; (4) implementation of international strategy of technology products guided by cost leading; (5) establishment of brand competition consciousness and improvement of brand competitiveness; (6) implement new product development strategy; (7) implement cooperative technology innovation strategy of network thinking mode. Correct strategic planning and realization of technological innovation will have a profound impact on the market competitiveness of the company and thus play an important supporting role in realizing the overall development strategy of the company. The results of this study will have important guiding significance in the overall development planning of the company.
