J公司AFM产品需求预测与主生产计划改进研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the global economy and the rapid development of China's economy, the management thinking and science and technology are changing day by day, the market demand is also diversified, and the market competition is increasingly fierce, manufacturing enterprises are facing more and more pressure. Such as labor and raw material cost pressure, high human resource loss rate, lower profit margin, higher customer demand for quality and delivery date, so the internal and external dynamics of transformation and upgrading are more eye-catching. As one of the largest electronic contract manufacturers in the world, J Company has to face the same problems in the face of the new internal and external situation. How to implement more scientific, reasonable, feasible and efficient material and production planning and control in company J has become the main problem of production operation management. In this paper, the problems of demand prediction, material planning, production links and main production planning and control system of J company AFM products are analyzed, and the improvement research suitable for J company AFM products is put forward in the future. This paper adopts the comprehensive analysis of literature, comparative analysis and empirical analysis, combined with the JIT,MRP,6 Sgima management method to study J company AFM product production plan improvement strategy. J company business scope includes computer peripherals, In a wide range of areas such as data transmission, automation and consumer products, J provides customers around the world with quality services ranging from design, development, production, assembly, system technical support, and even end-user distribution. AFM products are mainly for a toy company in France to produce a variety of intelligent range control aircraft (UAV) and aircraft parts. With the expansion of J Company's business, the production line is faced with the challenge of multi-variety and small-batch production model for aircraft products, many specifications, unstable customer demand, material status. This paper focuses on J Company's AFM product demand prediction and main production planning research route, reasonable arrangement of the article structure, from the introduction of the first chapter, introduces the research background, purpose, significance, The present situation of theoretical research and application at home and abroad, research methods and research contents, etc. The second chapter introduces the basic situation of J Company, and analyzes the main problems existing in J Company's AFM product demand prediction and main production plan. The third chapter focuses on J company AFM product demand forecast and effect analysis, mainly from the customer demand forecast, select the J company AFM product forecast method, according to some demand forecast methods to calculate the effect. And through the means of inspection to analyze its effect, the fourth chapter is to improve the main production plan, the choice of the scheme and put forward the optimization plan, the fifth chapter of the master production plan after the improvement of the simulation and analysis of its effect. Finally, the demand forecast and main production plan improvement strategy of J Company are summarized and prospected. The demand forecasting and production planning improvement strategy studied in this paper is designed according to the situation of J Company. Finally, it will be applied well in J Company through research and analysis, which can not only improve the degree of customer satisfaction but also reduce the operating cost. By improving the main production plan and the operation quality of the core process of production execution, the stock of raw materials is kept at a reasonable level, and the profitability of the enterprise is further enhanced. In the new economic environment to enhance J's internal and external competitiveness and sustainable development capacity.
