进入与创新行为的动态演化:基于APC模型的分解

【摘要】:使用中国制造企业微观数据,首次对企业所处不同年龄阶段与创新的动态演化关系进行系统性的研究。通过APC模型将年龄因素划分为年龄效应和代际效应后发现:首先,中国制造企业的创新行为并不存在纯粹的年龄效应,相反,在大部分时间内,成立年限越长的企业的创新激励却呈现逐渐下降的趋势;其次,中国制造企业的创新行为存在明显的代际效应,代际越新的企业的创新激励呈现逐年上升趋势;最后,在不同的行业类型和所有制类型中,非国有企业、高新技术产业和劳动密集型产业的创新行为的年龄效应演化趋势存在系统性的差异,国有企业和外资企业的代际效应并没有显著性的差异。
[Abstract]:Based on the micro data of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, the dynamic evolution relationship between different age stages and innovation is studied systematically for the first time. The age factors are divided into age effect and intergenerational effect by APC model. First of all, the innovation behavior of Chinese manufacturing enterprises does not have pure age effect, on the contrary, for most of the time, the innovation behavior of Chinese manufacturing enterprises does not exist pure age effect, on the contrary, for most of the time, The longer the enterprise is established, the lower the innovation incentive is. Secondly, the innovation behavior of Chinese manufacturing enterprises has obvious intergenerational effect, and the innovation incentive of Chinese manufacturing enterprises is rising year by year. Finally, in different industry types and ownership types, there are systematic differences in the evolution trend of age effect of innovation behavior in non-state-owned enterprises, high-tech industries and labor-intensive industries. There is no significant difference between the intergenerational effects of state-owned enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises.
