中国区域建筑业发展水平梯度变迁与影响机理研究

【摘要】：区域建筑业发展水平的变动与影响机理的研究对国家建筑业协调发展政策的制定具有重要意义。本研究在引入中国区域建筑业发展水平测度指标体系的基础上,运用时序多指标模型测量建筑业发展水平并划分其梯度,在此基础上分析2005~2010年间各省份建筑业发展水平的梯度变迁。结果表明,中西部部分省份建筑业发展水平变化较大,东部省份建筑业梯度发展变化并不明显。最后,在梳理建筑业区域发展水平影响因素的基础上,采用广义排序选择模型系统分析不同发展水平下制约建筑业发展的关键因素。结果显示,不同梯度下中国区域建筑业发展水平的影响机理各具特色。
[Abstract]:The research on the change and influence mechanism of the development level of regional construction industry is of great significance to the formulation of the coordinated development policy of national construction industry. On the basis of introducing the index system of the development level of the regional construction industry in China, this study uses the time series multiple index model to measure the development level of the construction industry and divide its gradient. On this basis, the gradient changes of the development level of construction industry in various provinces from 2005 to 2010 were analyzed. The results show that the development level of construction industry varies greatly in some central and western provinces, but the gradient development of construction industry in eastern provinces is not obvious. Finally, on the basis of combing the influencing factors of the regional development level of the construction industry, the key factors restricting the development of the construction industry under different development levels are systematically analyzed by using the generalized ranking selection model. The results show that the influence mechanism of the development level of Chinese regional construction industry has its own characteristics under different gradients.
