全面深化改革形势下民爆产业发展趋势探讨

【摘要】：通过分析国内民爆行业现状,对比发达国家同行业的发展历程,深入探索全面深化改革形势下民爆产业的发展趋势。鉴于我国民爆行业长期呈现"小、散、低、乱"的局面,行业监管顶层设计存在兼容性问题,在一定程度上阻碍了民爆产业的发展,民爆产业信息化举步维艰,因此,民爆产业链上下游互联在新的形势下显得尤为必要。根据市场规律,以混合经济为依托,充分整合产业链上下游优势资源,通过管理和技术手段逐步推进民爆产业链上下游各模块数字化,最终实现民爆产业互联,为国内民爆行业在新形势下实现产业升级转型和发展奠定基础。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the current situation of civil explosive industry in China and comparing the development process of the same industry in developed countries, the development trend of civil explosive industry under the situation of comprehensive deepening reform is deeply explored. In view of the long-term "small, scattered, low and chaotic" situation in China's national explosive industry, there are compatibility problems in the top-level design of industry supervision, which to a certain extent hinder the development of the civil explosive industry and the informatization of the civil explosive industry is difficult, therefore, Civil explosion industry chain upstream and downstream interconnection in the new situation is particularly necessary. According to the law of the market, relying on the mixed economy, fully integrating the upstream and downstream advantage resources of the industrial chain, and gradually promoting the digitization of the upstream and downstream modules of the industrial chain through management and technical means, finally realizing the interconnection of the civil explosive industry. It lays the foundation for the domestic civil explosive industry to realize the industrial upgrading and development under the new situation.
