JH茶业公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:伴随着我国经济快速发展,市场经济参与者的身份也越来越多样化。经济越发展,市场越开放,市场主体越多样化,则市场参与者所面临的外部环境就越复杂。在此背景下,企业如何识别外部环境中的机会和威胁,如何分辨内部环境中的优势和劣势,并在分析的基础上选择正确的发展战略就显得非常必要。国内外不同管理学者从不同的维度对企业发展战略进了多种研究,研究成果已相当丰富并逐步整合成相对完整的分析框架和分析理论。本文以笔者实际接触并持续关注的一家花茶加工销售企业为例,介绍了笔者在企业管理实践中尝试使用发展战略研究理论对具体行业的具体企业进行的针对性分析。笔者首先对JH茶业公司发展的基本情况进行了介绍,为案例分析提供了背景;然后,分别从JH茶业公司拥有的内部条件和面临的外部环境两个角度对企业的经营环境进行了整体论述;再次,在综合分析企业面临内外部环境的基础上,综合运用SWOT模型、IE模型、QSPM模型等多种战略分析工具,制定并确认企业的发展战略,指出适应JH茶业公司目前发展现状的战略为纵向一体化战略;最后,针对战略实施过程中可能碰到的问题,从公司组织架构调整、人力资源配置、财务资金支持和品牌形象提升四个方面对JH茶业公司纵向一体化战略实施的关键步骤和关键环节进行了详细设计,从操作层面保障了纵向一体化战略在JH茶业公司的顺利实施。同时,笔者对案例企业战略制定和实施经验进行了总结归纳,为类似的地方优势农产品深加工企业发展提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the identity of market economy participants is becoming more and more diversified. The more the economy develops, the more open the market is, and the more diversified the main body of the market is, the more complicated the external environment will be for the market participants. In this context, how to identify opportunities and threats in the external environment, how to distinguish the strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment, and on the basis of analysis, it is very necessary to choose the right development strategy. Different management scholars at home and abroad have made a variety of studies on enterprise development strategy from different dimensions. The research results have been quite rich and gradually integrated into a relatively complete analysis framework and analysis theory. Taking a flower tea processing and selling enterprise that the author actually contacts and continues to pay attention to as an example, this paper introduces the author's attempt to use the development strategy research theory to analyze the specific enterprises in specific industries in the practice of enterprise management. The author first introduces the basic situation of the development of JH Tea Company, which provides the background for the case analysis. Then, from the JH tea company owned internal conditions and facing the external environment of the enterprise from the two angles of the overall discussion of the business environment; Thirdly, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment faced by the enterprise, the development strategy of the enterprise is formulated and confirmed by using various strategic analysis tools such as SWOT model, IE model, QSPM model and so on. It is pointed out that the strategy to adapt to the current development situation of JH Tea Company is vertical integration strategy. Finally, in view of the problems that may be encountered in the process of implementing the strategy, we should adjust the organizational structure of the company and the allocation of human resources. Financial fund support and brand image promotion four aspects of the JH Tea Company vertical integration strategy implementation of the key steps and key links are designed in detail, from the operational level to ensure the smooth implementation of vertical integration strategy in JH tea company. At the same time, the author summarizes the experience of enterprise strategy formulation and implementation, which provides reference and reference for the development of similar local preponderant agricultural products processing enterprises.
