YF公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:纺织业是一个既传统又时尚的行业,它的传统在于纺纱、织布是一个自人类文明以来就一直存在的行业,生生不息。它的时尚在于,随着社会的进步,科技的发展,各种新颖的面料、潮流的服装不断的改变着人们的生活,使人们的生活多姿多彩。纺织品渗透在人们工作生活的方方面面,纺织行业长期在国民经济中占有重要的地位。但是当前由于国际市场的不断萎缩,国内消费趋于保守,纺织行业作为完全竞争市场,正遭受着巨大的挑战。YF公司属于浙江民营纺织生产型企业,以生产面料为主,同时拥有自营进出口权,创立于1993年,随后在2004年以后,相继扩大规模,投资新的产品线并投资了面料后整理加工的印染业务。通过二十多年的不懈努力,虽然在同类产品的国内外市场中保持了一定优势和占有量,但是仍然不容乐观,YF公司面临各种压力,除了应对市场压力,对外还遭遇人民币升值、各种成本上升、绿色壁垒等多种困难,对内又必须面对自身先天不足,管理机制不够健全,人员流动大、内耗严重等问题。如何突破这一局面,迫在眉睫,在当前形势下,确定有效发展战略并建立相应实施保障措施具有十分重要的意义。本文在相关背景下,在战略理论基础上,对YF公司进行了研究。全文共分五章。第一章,介绍了企业发展战略的理论,战略分析的方法和工具,这是本文的理论基础。第二章,对YF公司展开详细分析,介绍公司发展历程、公司生产规模、组织结构、经营现状等,以及公司当前面临的各种问题及其困扰。第三章,对公司外部情况展开分析,包括国际环境(各纺织生产国的情况,我国对外进出口纺织市场情况),国内纺织环境(PEST)和行业分析(波特五力),从而帮助公司在整个宏观环境下的定位。第四章,分析公司内部环境,通过企业经营数据,内部经营条件,和竞争力分析来阐述。第五章,通过了解公司的使命愿景,对公司SWOT分析,制定符合本公司发展的战略,并提供战略实施的保障措施。通过理论联系实际,本文力图通过对YF公司的战略分析对YF公司未来发展寻找到一条合适的发展之路并对行业内同类企业的发展起到一些建议和指导作用。
[Abstract]:Textile industry is a traditional and fashionable industry, its tradition lies in spinning, weaving is a human civilization since the existence of an industry, never-ending. Its fashion lies in, along with the social progress, the science and technology development, all kinds of novel fabrics, the fashion clothing is changing the people's life ceaselessly, makes the people's life colorful. Textile infiltration in all aspects of people's work and life, textile industry plays an important role in the national economy for a long time. However, due to the shrinking international market, domestic consumption tends to be conservative, the textile industry, as a fully competitive market, is facing enormous challenges. YF Company belongs to Zhejiang private textile production enterprises, mainly in the production of fabrics. At the same time own import and export right, founded in 1993, then after 2004, one after another, expanded the scale, invested in new product lines and fabric finishing and finishing printing and dyeing business. Through more than two decades of unremitting efforts, although the same products in the domestic and foreign markets to maintain a certain advantage and possession, but still not optimistic, YF Company is facing a variety of pressures, in addition to coping with market pressures, but also encountered the appreciation of the RMB, Many kinds of difficulties, such as rising costs, green barriers, and so on, must be faced with such problems as inherent deficiency, imperfect management mechanism, large mobility of personnel, serious internal friction and so on. How to break through this situation is urgent. Under the present situation, it is of great significance to determine the effective development strategy and establish the corresponding safeguard measures. In this paper, on the basis of the strategic theory, the YF company is studied under the relevant background. The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the theory of enterprise development strategy, the methods and tools of strategic analysis, which is the theoretical basis of this paper. In the second chapter, the YF company is analyzed in detail, including its development course, production scale, organization structure, management status and so on, as well as all kinds of problems and problems faced by the company at present. The third chapter analyzes the external situation of the company, including the international environment (the situation of each textile producing country, the situation of China's foreign import and export textile market), the domestic textile environment (PEST) and the industry analysis (Bott five forces), In order to help the company in the overall macro-environment positioning. Chapter IV, analysis of the internal environment of the company, through the business data, internal operating conditions, and competitiveness analysis to explain. The fifth chapter, through understanding the mission vision of the company, analyzes the company's SWOT, formulates the strategy in line with the development of the company, and provides safeguards for the implementation of the strategy. Through the combination of theory and practice, this paper tries to find a suitable way for the future development of YF Company through the strategic analysis of YF Company and has some suggestions and guidance for the development of similar enterprises in the industry.
