摩托车混流装配线投产顺序研究

【摘要】:市场经济的全球化及消费者个性化需求的日益增长,迫使企业在降低成本、保证质量的同时必须以最快的速度响应市场的需求,满足消费者个性化需求。多品种、小批量的混流生产方式能够快速响应市场变化,因此,越来越多的企业采用混流生产方式来应对瞬息万变的市场。混流装配生产组织方式是在基本不改变或较少改变目前生产条件的基础上,通过对装配线进行合理的调整与优化,实现多个品种混流装配,提高企业的生产效率和对市场的响应能力。本文以摩托车装配线为背景,以摩托车混流装配线的投产顺序优化问题为研究对象,对混流装配线投产顺序的两个优化目标进行了重点研究。首先,介绍了论文的选题背景及意义,对混流装配线投产问题的国内外研究现状进行了综述,明确了论文的主要研究内容。其次,对混流装配线平衡及投产顺序问题进行了理论研究,分析了装配线平衡与投产顺序问题之间的关系,确立了论文的优化目标:零部件匀速消耗和最小生产循环周期最短;然后建立零部件匀速消耗模型和最小生产循环周期最短模型。以L公司摩托车混流装配线为例,针对该企业装配线现状建立零部件匀速消耗和最小生产循环周期最短模型,并用遗传算法对零部件匀速消耗模型进行求解,用混合遗传算法对最小循环周期最短模型进行求解。通过实例验证了两种算法分别在求解两个模型上均具有一定的优越性。最后,用Witness软件对最小循环周期最短模型进行了建模仿真,进一步验证了混合遗传算法在求解混流装配线投产顺序优化问题时的可靠性,对工作站的忙闲率进行了分析,分析结果表明投产顺序对装配线平衡问题起着决定性的作用。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of market economy and the increasing demand of consumers, enterprises must respond to the market demand with the fastest speed and meet the personalized demand of consumers while reducing the cost and ensuring the quality. Multi-variety and small batch mixed flow mode can quickly respond to market changes, so more and more enterprises use mixed flow mode to deal with the rapidly changing market. The production organization mode of mixed flow assembly is to realize multi-variety mixed flow assembly by reasonably adjusting and optimizing the assembly line on the basis of basically not changing or less changing the current production conditions. Improve the production efficiency of enterprises and the ability to respond to the market. In this paper, taking the motorcycle assembly line as the background and the optimization of the production sequence of the motorcycle mixed flow assembly line as the research object, the two optimization objectives of the production sequence of the mixed flow assembly line are studied in detail. First of all, this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic, summarizes the research status of mixed current assembly line production at home and abroad, and clarifies the main research contents of the paper. Secondly, the balance of mixed flow assembly line and production sequence are studied theoretically, the relationship between assembly line balance and production sequence is analyzed, and the optimization goal of this paper is established: uniform consumption of parts and minimum production cycle; Then the uniform consumption model and the minimum production cycle minimum cycle model are established. Taking the mixed flow assembly line of motorcycle of L company as an example, according to the present situation of the assembly line of the enterprise, the model of uniform consumption and minimum production cycle of parts is established, and the uniform consumption model of parts is solved by genetic algorithm. The hybrid genetic algorithm is used to solve the minimum cyclic period minimum model. An example is given to verify that the two algorithms have certain advantages in solving both models. Finally, the minimum cycle shortest model is modeled and simulated by Witness software, and the reliability of hybrid genetic algorithm in solving the optimization problem of mixed flow assembly line production sequence is further verified, and the busy rate of workstation is analyzed. The analysis results show that the production sequence plays a decisive role in the balance problem of assembly line.
