浙江省扬誉机械制造公司团队建设研究

【摘要】:我国企业引入团队概念的时间相对较晚,在改革开放以后,我国的一部分企业才通过学习借鉴了国外企业的先进管理经验,意识到了团队概念在企业经营管理中的重要性,但是在实际操作中与发达国家还有很大的差距,这就需要我们根据我国的实际情况对国内企业的团队建设进行研究,分析适合我国企业的团队建立与管理模式,例如:我国企业的团队普遍存在稳定性较差、协作能力不强的问题,亟需相关的理论研究,为解决这些共性问题提供具备可行性的建议。本文首先介绍了团队概念,团队的特征和团队的建设步歘:组建团队、管理运作团队、激励团队。然后,介绍了浙江省扬誉机械制造公司发展概况、公司人员和组织架构、公司团队的类型和公司团队建设的做法,并分析了扬誉机械制造公司团队建设存在的问题:没有形成明确的团队精神、员工对团队建设热情低、团队没有形成互信的基础、团队成员整体素质较低。在本文最后,我们针对公司团队建设方面的问题,运用群体动力学理论、合作与竞争理论、团队角色理论、木桶理论等理论,对扬誉机械制造公司团队建设提出了对策和建议:打造团队精神、建立高效的团队沟通交流机制、建立科学的团队激励制度、增加团队的培训和组织活动。希望本文对我国的企业团队建设起到有益的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:The time of introducing the concept of the team in our country is relatively late. After the reform and opening-up, some enterprises of our country have learned from the advanced management experience of foreign enterprises, and realized the importance of the team concept in the management of the enterprise. But in actual operation, there is still a big gap with the developed countries, which requires us to study the team construction of domestic enterprises according to the actual situation of our country, and analyze the team establishment and management mode suitable for our enterprises, for example: the team of our country generally has poor stability, In order to solve these common problems, it is necessary to provide feasible suggestions for solving these common problems. This paper first introduces the team concept, the characteristics of the team and the construction steps of the team: the formation team, the management operation team and the incentive team. Then, this paper introduces the development situation, the company's personnel and the organization structure, the type of the company's team and the practice of the company's team construction, and analyzes the problems of the team construction of the Fitch Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.: no clear team spirit is formed, The staff's enthusiasm for the team building is low, the team does not form the foundation of mutual trust, and the overall quality of the team member is lower. In the end of this paper, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the team construction of Fitch Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. by using the theory of group dynamics, cooperation and competition theory, team role theory and wood barrel theory in the light of the problems in the construction of the company's team. Establish a high-efficiency team communication mechanism, establish a scientific team incentive system, and increase the training and organization activities of the team. It is hoped that this paper has a useful reference to the construction of our country's enterprise team.
