基于工艺多样性的产品族配置主从优化

【摘要】:为对由生产工艺差异性而产生的产品族进行产品族优化配置研究,以纪念台钟为例,基于主从对策的决策机制,对依赖于工艺多样性的纪念台钟产品族配置问题的优化主体与各种属性进行分析,得出纪念台钟产品族配置与对应工艺配置存在主从关系的结论。提出了基于工艺的产品族配置双层模型,并设计了上下层分别采用遗传算法求解的层次遗传算法。通过对纪念台钟产品族与工艺协同配置方案计算结果的分析,验证了模型与算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the optimal configuration of product family caused by the production process difference, taking the memory clock as an example, based on the decision-making mechanism of the master-slave strategy, the optimization subject and various attributes of the product family configuration problem of the memorial clock which depends on the process diversity are analyzed, and the conclusion that there is a relationship between the product family configuration of the memorial clock and the corresponding process configuration. A two-layer model of product family configuration based on process is proposed, and the hierarchical genetic algorithm is designed by genetic algorithm. The effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified through the analysis of the calculation results of the cooperative configuration scheme of the product family and the process.
