项目带动战略在出版业的实践与体会——以西安交通大学出版社中医事业部的发展为例

【摘要】：项目带动战略在新闻出版业实施以来作用显著。文章以西安交通大学出版社中医事业部申报与实施的项目为例,从打造精品图书、开发作者资源、加强人才培养三方面对项目带动战略在实践中的应用体会进行总结,即"一个项目一座山峰""一个项目一批作者""一个项目一个团队",旨在为后续重大项目的申报与实施提供参考。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the project to promote the news publishing industry strategic role is significant. This article takes Xi'an Jiao Tong University press project department with the implementation of the declaration of TCM as an example, from the creation of fine books, the development resources, strengthen personnel training and application of the three aspects of the project strategy in practice are summarized, namely "a project of a mountain" "a project of a group of authors" and "a project team", aimed at the follow-up of major projects with the implementation of the declaration to provide reference.
