整合核心资源 打造智库刊物——以《中华消化外科杂志》为例

【摘要】：智库刊物打造的核心是质量和影响力,重点在于专家资源的整合。本文以连续3次获得中国科协精品科技期刊工程资助的中国精品科技期刊《中华消化外科杂志》为例,报道通过编委会人才梯队的建设、编辑队伍能动力的提升、智库刊物的传播效应为服务智库平台建设,突出服务决策导向,在"发声"权威、重视"时效"和强化"导向"方面进行的大胆尝试和探索。
[Abstract]:The core of the journal is the quality and influence, and the focus is the integration of expert resources. In this paper, the Chinese Journal of Digestive surgery, which has been funded by the Chinese Association of Science and Technology for three consecutive times, is taken as an example. It is reported that through the construction of the talent echelon of the editorial Committee, the power of the editorial team can be enhanced. The communication effect of the journal of the think-tank is the construction of the platform for serving the think-tank, the emphasis on the orientation of service decision-making, the bold attempt and exploration in the aspects of "voice" authority, emphasis on "time limitation" and strengthening "guidance".
