我国政府出版物管理制度的现状、问题及对策

【摘要】：正就目前而言,政府出版物在我国的存在是个不争的事实,但是,我国在政府出版物管理方面存在诸多问题。本文根据中国实际,探讨如何借鉴国外发达国家的先进经验,及时建立比较完善、有效、符合数字化时代的,富有中国特色的政府出版物管理制度。政府出版物是政府信息有形化、公开化的一种产物,在印刷时代表现为印刷型出版物,在数字时代呈现的是包含印刷型、数字型在内的多媒介出版物。按美、英等西方发达国家的做法,政府出版物不限于报刊形式,还包括图书、音像制品、电子出版物、网络出版物等。
[Abstract]:At present, it is an indisputable fact that government publications exist in our country, but there are many problems in the management of government publications in our country. According to the reality of China, this paper discusses how to draw lessons from the advanced experience of developed countries, and establish a perfect, effective and suitable government publication management system with Chinese characteristics in the digital era. Government publication is a product of the visible and open government information. In the printing era, the government publication is a printed publication, and in the digital era, it is a multi-media publication including print and digital. According to the practice of the United States, Britain and other western developed countries, government publications are not limited to newspapers and periodicals, but also include books, audio and video products, electronic publications, network publications and so on.
