网络口碑在科技期刊评价中的应用研究

【摘要】:科技期刊作为科技信息传播的重要载体,起着转化科研成果和传播科技信息的桥梁与纽带作用。面对如此众多的科技期刊资源,如何选择适合我国科技发展水平和科研人员需求的高质量科技期刊,成为科研与学术界面临的问题。科技期刊网络口碑评价可以帮助不同学术水平的投稿者选择合适的投稿期刊,提高投稿的成功率,降低信息不对称给投稿者带来的时间成本消耗;期刊社可以通过网络口碑指标的评价结果,加强与作者、读者沟通,改善服务质量,使作者对期刊的口碑评价有所改善。因此,科技期刊进行评价具有重要的意义。然而,现行的各种科技期刊评价指标“多且乱”,各评价机构的评价结果缺少层次性和针对性,不能满足不同学术水平的学者、研究人员的需求,且科研群体和科研成果得不到公正的评价。科技期刊评价研究应从“小众化”评价向“大众化”评价转变,本文针对这一问题,尝试提出采用模糊综合评价方法对科技期刊的网络口碑进行评价。 首先,本文总结科技期刊的发展概况,包括科技期刊的概念与历史,以及科技期刊评价的产生和发展,分析了科技期刊在科技事业发展中的重要作用及其存在的不足,并介绍了网络口碑的相关研究成果。接下来,简要介绍了国内外科技期刊评价工具,通过系统分析科技期刊评价指标体系常用的几种评价指标,指出了各指标存在的局限性。本文提出科技期刊网络口碑评价指标,初步建立了科技期刊网络口碑的评价指标体系。利用词频统计方法判断各指标相对重要性,运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。最后,采用期刊点评网作为测试集,采集指标数量,构建基于模糊综合评价方法的科技期刊网络口碑评价模型,在此基础上,检验模糊综合评价方法在科技期刊网络口碑评价的可行性与有效性,从而为完善科技期刊评价体系提出建议。
[Abstract]:As an important carrier of scientific and technological information dissemination, sci-tech periodicals act as a bridge and link to transform scientific research achievements and spread scientific and technological information. In the face of so many scientific and technological periodical resources, how to choose a high quality scientific and technological periodical which is suitable for the development level of science and technology and the demand of scientific research personnel in our country has become a problem faced by scientific research and academic circles. Network word-of-mouth evaluation of sci-tech journals can help contributors of different academic levels to select suitable contributors, improve the success rate of contributions, and reduce the cost of time brought to contributors by information asymmetry. Through the evaluation result of the network word-of-mouth index, the periodical agency can strengthen the communication with the author and the reader, improve the service quality, and improve the author's word-of-mouth evaluation of the journal. Therefore, the evaluation of sci-tech periodicals is of great significance. However, the current evaluation indexes of various sci-tech periodicals are "numerous and chaotic", and the evaluation results of each evaluation institution lack of hierarchy and pertinence, which can not meet the needs of scholars and researchers of different academic levels. And scientific research groups and scientific research results are not fair evaluation. The evaluation research of sci-tech periodicals should change from "minority" evaluation to "popularization" evaluation. In view of this problem, this paper attempts to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the network word-of-mouth of sci-tech periodicals. First of all, this paper summarizes the development of sci-tech periodicals, including the concept and history of sci-tech periodicals, as well as the emergence and development of sci-tech periodicals evaluation, and analyzes the important role of sci-tech periodicals in the development of science and technology and their shortcomings. And introduced the network word-of-mouth related research results. Then, this paper briefly introduces the evaluation tools of sci-tech periodicals at home and abroad, and points out the limitations of each index by systematically analyzing several commonly used evaluation indexes in the evaluation index system of sci-tech periodicals. This paper puts forward the evaluation index of network word-of-mouth of sci-tech periodicals, and establishes the evaluation index system of network word-of-mouth of sci-tech periodicals. The relative importance of each index is judged by the statistical method of word frequency and the weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, the evaluation model of network word-of-mouth of sci-tech periodicals based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is constructed by using periodical evaluation network as test set and collecting index quantity. This paper examines the feasibility and validity of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the evaluation of network word-of-mouth of sci-tech periodicals, and puts forward some suggestions for perfecting the evaluation system of sci-tech periodicals.
