高校法治型廉政文化建设探析

【摘要】：高校廉政文化建设有赖于法治的规制,有赖于与法治的互动和均衡发展。在高校构建法治型廉政文化的过程中,需要运用法治思维和法治方式来规范高校廉政文化的制度建设,使法治精神成为廉政文化建设的核心内容和理念,排除人治性因素的影响,从而保证廉政文化价值的实现。
[Abstract]:The regulation of the independent cultural construction in universities depends on the rule of law, and the rule of law depends on the interaction and balanced development. In the process of constructing the rule of law culture in University, need to use the system construction thinking and the rule of law to regulate the culture of colleges and universities, the spirit of the rule of law has become the core content and the concept of anti-corruption culture construction, to exclude the impact of the rule of man of the factors, so as to ensure the realization of the cultural value.
