加强医院党建项目化管理的思路与实践

【摘要】：正党建项目化管理作为党建工作的创新和有力的抓手,已在各级党组织建设中形成共识并广泛开展。多年来,无锡二院党委根据医院自身特点、现状和卫生事业发展的需求,不断促进观念的创新,狠抓党建工作,把建立和实施党建工作项目化管理作为党建强基础、抓根本、管长远的重要工作之一,真抓实干,着力推进,围绕党建工作项目化管理进行积极有益的实践,取得较好成效。
[Abstract]:As an innovation and a powerful grasp of the Party building work, the project management of the regular Party building has formed a consensus in the construction of party organizations at all levels and has been widely carried out. For many years, the party committee of the second Hospital of Wuxi has been based on the characteristics of the hospital itself. The current situation and the demand of the development of the health cause, promote the innovation of the concept constantly, pay close attention to the work of the party building, regard the establishment and implementation of the project management of the work of the party building as the strong foundation of the party building, grasp the foundation, and manage one of the important tasks in the long run. Carry on the positive and beneficial practice around the project management of the Party building work, and get better results.
