【摘要】：正社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性,也是国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福的重要保证。建设和谐校园是构建和谐社会的重要组成和必然要求,党的建设是推进和谐校园建设的有力保障。高校党建有利于增强高校活力,能够促使高校内各个系统和高校发展各要素之间保持相互协调、相互依存、相互促进的和谐状态。只有学校的各项事业维持均衡、协调、安定有序发展的良好状态,才能有效推进高等教育事业的科学发展,进而为构建社会主义和谐社会提供科学文化基
