“革命熔炉”是怎样炼成的——华北人民革命大学马列主义教学经验研究

【摘要】：华北人民革命大学是中共中央华北局于1949年2月开办的短期干部培训学校,至1953年1月方退出历史舞台。它不仅将大量的国统区知识分子、青年学生等人员经由思想改造转化为中共革命干部,而且探索出一套较为成熟的马列主义教学经验,受到毛泽东的肯定和推广,被誉为"革命熔炉"。该校的马列主义教学经验由一系列简易理论课程和理论学习、民主评卷、思想总结等教学环节构成,本质上是一种组织认同的生产机制,为中国共产党探索新中国高校的马列主义理论教育提供了重要经验。
[Abstract]:The North China people's Revolutionary University is a short-term cadre training school set up in February 1949 by the North China Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. It will not withdraw from the historical stage until January 1953. It will not only bring a large number of intellectuals in the state-controlled areas. Through ideological transformation, young students and other personnel turned into revolutionary cadres of the Communist Party of China, and explored a set of relatively mature Marxism-Leninism teaching experience, which was affirmed and popularized by Mao Zedong. The teaching experience of Marxism-Leninism in the school is composed of a series of simple theoretical courses and theoretical learning, democratic evaluation, ideological summary and other teaching links. In essence, it is a production mechanism of organizational identity. It provides important experience for the Communist Party of China to explore the Marxism-Leninism theory education in the new Chinese universities.
