【摘要】：正2015年1月20日,伴随着海南省第一中级人民法院的一审判决,本以为"平稳退休"、可以在家"颐养天年"的海南省海洋与渔业监察总队原副巡视员王世坤,开始了自己13年的牢狱生涯。对待"感情投资",来者不拒领导干部手中的权力属于人民,理应自觉用来为人民谋利益。然而,一些领导干部却把公权当成私权、特权,极力想将其打造成追求享乐、满足私欲的工具。
