国家治理现代化视阈下党的执政能力建设论略

【摘要】：当前在对国家治理现代化这一全球化命题战略回应过程中,中国共产党将加强执政能力建设植入国家治理和政党建设当中,为实现自身的现代化转型,以政党现代化推动国家治理现代化,进而为实现全面深化改革总目标和中国梦提供了重要现实途径。作为国家治理的主体,为适应推进国家治理现代化的要求,中国共产党必须遵从执政规律,调整执政方式,顺应经济社会发展形势做出全面的转换和调适,通过对自身的执政理念、组织机构、制度建设等进行深刻变革,最终实现国家治理现代化。
[Abstract]:At present, in the process of responding to the globalization proposition of modernization of national governance, the CPC will strengthen the building of its governing capacity and implant it into the process of national governance and political party construction, in order to realize its own modernization transformation. Promoting the modernization of national governance with the modernization of political parties provides an important practical way to realize the overall goal of deepening the reform in an all-round way and Chinese Dream. As the main body of state governance, it is necessary to meet the requirements of promoting the modernization of state governance. The Communist Party of China must abide by the ruling laws, adjust its ruling mode, make a comprehensive transformation and adjustment in accordance with the economic and social development situation, and carry out profound changes in its own governing concept, organization and institutional construction, etc. Finally realize the modernization of national governance.
