高校二级单位党风廉政建设中党委书记的角色定位及作用

【摘要】：院党委书记作为高校二级单位党委"一把手"及党风廉政建设"第一责任人"和"执行人"的角色,肩负"一岗双责"重任,在党风廉政建设中发挥着战斗堡垒功能。要发挥党委书记的角色作用,须析清其主体责任、明确其责任范畴、健全其责任考评机制和责任履行督导机制来加以保障,实现以"点"带"面"共筑党务廉政风险防控保障体系,促进院党委书记切实履行廉政责任制。
[Abstract]:The secretary of the party committee of the college, as the "first head" of the party committee of the second level unit of the university and the role of "the first responsible person" and "executor" in the building of a clean and honest party style, shoulder the important task of "one post and two responsibilities." In the construction of a clean and honest party style, it is necessary to play the role of party secretary in the building of a fighting fortress.
