延安时期中国共产党文化领导权建设研究

【摘要】：延安时期是中国共产党文化领导权建设理论与实践走向成熟的关键时期,有力地推进了新民主主义革命的前进与胜利。在当前全球化时代背景下,研究延安时期党的文化领导权建设,对深化党的文化领导权建设的理论研究、总结延安时期党的文化领导权建设的基本经验具有重要的借鉴意义和启示作用。本文对延安时期党的文化领导权建设进行了深入研究。论文遵从为何建——建设什么——如何建设的内在逻辑,理性认识延安时期党的文化领导权建设,从中探索党的文化领导权建设的历史经验和对现实的启示。首先,提出延安时期党的文化领导权建设的时代要求和理论依据。其次,论述延安时期党的文化领导权建设的思想论纲,即文化领导权建设的战略地位、主体要求、体制维度和基本原则。其战略地位在于文化领导权是“无产阶级思想领导的问题”、是国家意识形态构建的要素、是新民主主义革命胜利的保障;其主体要求包括塑造高素质的党员干部、造就懂马列的知识分子、培养高觉悟的广大民众;其体制维度在于政治体制的稳固领导、政治体制主导文化体制、文化体制服务党的路线。其基本原则在于党领导意识形态、坚持独立自主、用马列主义融合传统文化。再次,概括了延安时期党的文化领导权建设的主要内容,即建设现代性的民族文化、时代性的科学文化和广泛性的大众文化。在此基础上,论述了延安时期党的文化领导权建设的实践,即理论战线、文艺战线、科教战线和宣传战线。最后提出了文化领导权建设的成果、经验和启示。其成果在于提高了民众的政治觉悟、创立了大众话语体系、推进了党的局部执政权威;其历史经验在于党的文化领导权建设要不断强化理论创新、着重教育党内知识分子、坚持马克思主义大众化;其现实启示在于党要牢牢把握马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位、始终坚持党性与人民性的统一,从而更好地为推进全面深化改革、增强社会主义核心价值观的认同度、实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”服务。
[Abstract]:Yan'an period is a crucial period when the theory and practice of the construction of the cultural leadership of the Communist Party of China have matured, which has pushed forward the advance and victory of the new democratic revolution. To study the construction of the Party's cultural leadership during the Yan'an period, and to study the theory of deepening the Party's cultural leadership, Summing up the basic experience of the Party's cultural leadership construction in Yan'an period is of great significance and enlightenment. This paper makes a deep study on the Party's cultural leadership construction in Yan'an period. The inner logic of how to build, Rational understanding of the Party's cultural leadership construction during the Yan'an period, from which to explore the historical experience of the Party's cultural leadership construction and its enlightenment to reality. Firstly, the paper puts forward the age requirements and theoretical basis of the Party's cultural leadership construction during the Yan'an period. This paper discusses the ideological outline of the Party's cultural leadership construction in Yan'an period, that is, the strategic position of the cultural leadership construction, the main body requirements, Its strategic position lies in the fact that the cultural leadership is "the problem of proletarian ideological leadership", the element of the construction of national ideology and the guarantee of the victory of the new democratic revolution. Its main requirements include shaping high-quality Party members and cadres, bringing up intellectuals who understand Marxism-Leninism, cultivating the masses with high awareness, and its institutional dimension lies in the solid leadership of the political system and the dominant cultural system of the political system. The basic principle of the cultural system serving the Party's line lies in the Party's leading ideology, its adherence to independence and its integration of traditional culture with Marxism-Leninism. Thirdly, it summarizes the main contents of the Party's cultural leadership construction during the Yan'an period. On the basis of the construction of modern national culture, modern scientific culture and extensive mass culture, this paper discusses the practice of the Party's cultural leadership construction during the Yan'an period, that is, the theoretical front and the literary front. Finally, the achievements, experiences and revelations of the construction of cultural leadership are put forward. The achievements lie in raising the people's political consciousness, creating the mass discourse system and promoting the local authority of the Party. The historical experience is that the construction of the Party's cultural leadership should constantly strengthen the theoretical innovation, emphasize the education of the intellectuals within the Party, and adhere to the popularization of Marxism. The realistic enlightenment lies in the fact that the Party should firmly grasp the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field, always adhere to the unity of party spirit and people's character, so as to better promote the overall deepening of reform and strengthen the recognition degree of socialist core values. Chinese Dream serves the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
