【摘要】：正基本案情肖×,中共党员,A省B市市委书记。2016年1月至4月,肖×在任B市市委书记期间,先后4次以津贴、效益奖金、礼金等名义收受A省××股份有限公司现金共计30万元。5月,A省纪委收到群众举报反映肖×收受A省××股份有限公司奖金等问题的线索。6月至7月,经报A省省委批准,A省纪委先后4次针对群众反映的问题与肖×进行谈话和函询,肖×均予以否认。8月,肖×被组织立案审查。经审查,群众举报反映肖×的问题属实。
