【摘要】：正政治文化和政治生态问题是党的政治建设、思想建设的重大理论和实践问题,是新时代全面从严治党的重要着力点。习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中鲜明地指出,坚持全面从严治党"必须以党章为根本遵循,把党的政治建设摆在首位,思想建党和制度建党同向发力,统筹推进党的各项建设,抓住‘关键少数’,坚持‘三严三实’,坚持民主集中制,严肃党内政治生活,严明党的纪律,强化党内监督,发展积极健康的党内政治文化,全面净化党内政
[Abstract]:The issue of political culture and political ecology is a major theoretical and practical issue in the party's political construction and ideological construction, and an important focus of the Party's comprehensive and strict administration of the party in the new era.
