大学生党员就业现状调查及竞争力提升对策

【摘要】：本文从毕业生党员这个优秀分子群体在就业过程及就业后的现状进行深入调查,提出了从加强个人党性修养,全面提升自身综合素质;适应社会和用人单位需求,合理确定就业目标;做好职业生涯规划,突出个人就业竞争优势;强化自身训练,主动掌握创新创业能力等几个方面措施来提升学生党员就业竞争力。
[Abstract]:This paper makes a thorough investigation into the employment process and the present situation of the excellent molecular group of graduates, and puts forward the following suggestions: strengthening individual party spirit cultivation, comprehensively improving their own comprehensive quality, adapting to the needs of society and the employing unit,To improve the employment competitiveness of student party members, we should make a good career plan, emphasize the competitive advantage of individual employment, strengthen self training, and master the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
