【摘要】：党代会的主要精神和成果,不仅体现在党代会的报告中,而且反映在党代会制定或修改的党章中。建党96年来,中国共产党的党章经历了一个不断发展和沿革的过程。十九大又对党章作了重大修改,一是反映了十八大以来的理论和实践成果,二是反映了十九大的最新精神。在总纲部分,增写了一系列新的重大论断、重大理念、重大决策、重大战略,充分体现了以习近平同志为核心的党中央的政治意志;同时,按照新时代党的建设的总要求,对总纲和条文中有关党员要求、党的组织、党的纪律、党的建设的内容进行了很多修改,从而使党章呈现出新的容貌,实现了党章的又一次与时俱进。
[Abstract]:The main spirit and achievements of the Party Congress are not only reflected in the report of the Congress, but also reflected in the party constitution formulated or amended by the Congress.Since the founding of the Party 96 years ago, the Constitution of the Communist Party of China has undergone a process of continuous development and evolution.19th CPC National Congress has also made major amendments to the Party Constitution, one is to reflect the theoretical and practical achievements since the 18th National Congress, the other is to reflect the latest spirit of 19th CPC National Congress.In the general outline, a series of new major judgments, ideas, decisions and strategies have been added to fully reflect the political will of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core; at the same time, in accordance with the general requirements of party building in the new era,In this paper, the requirements of Party members, party organization, party discipline and party construction in the general outline and articles are amended, so that the constitution of the Party presents a new look and realizes the Party Constitution to keep pace with the times again.
