当前我国网络反腐败的制度体系建设探析

【摘要】：网络反腐败是信息时代我国反腐倡廉建设的新形式和新战场,是公民网络表达权和监督权的重要体现。当前我国在网络法规、网络监督管理、反腐舆情披露和汲取、网络举报的受理和处置、公民网络权益表达和保障、公民网络行为自律等网络反腐败方面的相关制度保障还不够健全。完善、规范的网络反腐败制度体系是推进反腐倡廉建设的有力武器和有效治理腐败的关键。要构建和完善网络反腐法规机制、网络监督管理机制、网络信息公开机制、网络舆情采集分析机制、网络反腐受理和处置机制、网络反腐民意甄别和回应机制、网络廉洁教育机制和网络反腐自律机制,以形成健全有效的网络反腐败长效机制体系,推进网络反腐败的规范化和科学化。
[Abstract]:Network anti-corruption is a new form and a new battlefield of anti-corruption construction in the information age in China. It is also an important embodiment of citizens' right to express and supervise network.At present, our country is engaged in network laws and regulations, network supervision and management, disclosure and absorption of anti-corruption public opinion, acceptance and disposal of network reports, expression and protection of citizens' network rights and interests,Civil network behavior self-discipline and other network anti-corruption related system protection is not perfect.Perfecting and standardizing the system of network anti-corruption is the key to promote the construction of anti-corruption and effectively control corruption.To build and perfect the network anti-corruption laws and regulations, the network supervision and management mechanism, the network information publicity mechanism, the network public opinion collection and analysis mechanism, the network anti-corruption acceptance and disposition mechanism, the network anti-corruption public opinion screening and the response mechanism,The network clean education mechanism and the network anti-corruption self-discipline mechanism, in order to form a sound and effective network anti-corruption long-term mechanism system, promote the network anti-corruption standardization and scientific.
