领导干部为政之德思想探析

【摘要】：为政之德是领导干部的从政道德。领导干部为政之德思想主要来源于马克思主义的政德思想、中国传统文化中的为政之德思想以及世界发达国家的为政之德思想,并在实践中形成了具有中国特色的为政之德思想。在新的历史时期,加强领导干部为政之德建设要建立统一的政德规范体系,加强领导干部自身修养,完善干部政德考核制度,明确德才兼备的选拔标准。
[Abstract]:The morality of government is the political morality of leading cadres.The thought of leading cadres' political morality is mainly derived from Marxist thought of political morality, the thought of political morality in Chinese traditional culture and the thought of political morality of developed countries in the world.And in practice, the formation of Chinese characteristics of political ethics.In the new historical period, in order to strengthen the moral construction of leading cadres, it is necessary to establish a unified system of political ethics norms, strengthen the self-cultivation of leading cadres, perfect the evaluation system of cadres' political ethics, and make clear the selection criteria of both morality and ability.
