经济发展新常态下加强非公有制企业党建工作研究

【摘要】：在当前中国经济发展已进入变革和调整的新常态阶段,随着非公有制企业的数量不断增加,非公有制企业党建工作在党建中的地位越来越重要,党组织建设在非公企业发展中的作用也越来越强。政治核心和政治引领"两个作用"发挥得如何,将决定党组织在职工群众中能否发挥政治核心作用,引领非公有制企业围绕发展目标,推进企业自觉承担对员工、对消费者、对社会、对环境的责任。非公企业党建,既是开展党建工作的着力点和重要平台,也拓展了党建工作思路和功能,更是加强社会治理的要求和需要。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economic development has entered a new normal stage of transformation and adjustment. With the increasing number of non-public enterprises, the work of party building in non-public enterprises is becoming more and more important. The role of party organization construction in the development of non-public enterprises is becoming stronger and stronger. How the "two roles" of political core and political leadership are played will determine whether the party organization can play a central role in the masses of workers and staff, lead non-public enterprises to focus on development goals, and promote enterprises to consciously undertake to employees and consumers. Responsibility to society, to the environment. Party building in non-public enterprises is not only the focus and important platform of party building work, but also extends the thought and function of party building work, and it is also the requirement and need of strengthening social governance.
