【摘要】：本文的主要内容是:阐述边疆地区党员干部政治安全教育的必要性和重要性,总结归纳边疆党员干部政治安全教育的内容,针对当前边疆政治安全面临的挑战进行系统的分析,从边疆党员干部政治安全教育策略理论知识中得到启发。首先,界定政治安全与教育、意识形态安全与教育、边疆地区政治安全与教育等相关概念,提出边疆政治安全教育的核心内容,根据边疆地区的特殊性阐述其教育的意义;其次,从边疆地区地理环境、民族宗教问题、改革发展、党员干部执政能力以及西方敌对势力分化的特殊性,研究边疆党员干部政治安全教育面临的挑战;再次,从总体国家安全观、和平发展与捍卫主权、执政信仰与执政价值观、科学的民族观与宗教观、深化改革与同步小康等方面,阐述边疆地区党员干部政治安全教育的内容;最后,针对当前边疆政治安全面临的挑战进行系统的分析,提出边疆地区党员干部政治安全教育的实践策略。基于上述主要内容,本文的研究思路是:阐述边疆地区党员干部政治安全教育的核心内容,重点是加强对边疆地区党员干部政治安全教育,以此解决当下面临的挑战,并提出边疆地区党员干部政治安全教育的策略与路径选择。本文研究的主要方法有:文献分析法、历史研究与共时研究相结合的方法、归纳分析法等,以此完成研究任务,达到研究目的。综上研究和阐述得出:陆地边疆政治安全是国家政治安全的重要组成部分,加强边疆地区党员干部政治安全教育,对于构建和运用和谐边疆、战略边疆,推进边疆治理体系与治理能力现代化具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:The main contents of this paper are as follows: expounding the necessity and importance of political security education for Party members and cadres in frontier areas, summing up and summarizing the contents of political security education for Party members and cadres in frontier areas, and systematically analyzing the challenges facing political security in frontier areas. It is inspired by the theoretical knowledge of political safety education strategy for Party members and cadres in frontier areas. Firstly, it defines the related concepts such as political security and education, ideological security and education, political security and education in border areas, and puts forward the core contents of political security education in frontier areas, and expounds the significance of education according to the particularity of frontier areas. Secondly, from the geographical environment of frontier areas, ethnic and religious issues, reform and development, the ruling ability of party members and cadres and the particularity of the division of hostile forces in the West, the challenges faced by the political security education of party members and cadres in the border areas are studied. From the aspects of overall national security, peaceful development and safeguarding sovereignty, ruling beliefs and ruling values, scientific national and religious views, deepening reform and synchronizing well-off society, the contents of political security education for Party members and cadres in frontier areas are expounded. Aiming at the challenge of political security in frontier area, the paper puts forward the practical strategy of political security education for Party members and cadres in frontier area. Based on the above main contents, the research ideas of this paper are as follows: expound the core content of the political security education of the Party members and cadres in the frontier areas, with emphasis on strengthening the political security education for the Party members and cadres in the frontier areas, so as to solve the challenges that they are facing. And put forward the strategy and path choice of political safety education for Party members and cadres in frontier area. The main methods of this paper are: literature analysis method, historical research and synchronic research method, inductive analysis method and so on, so as to complete the research task and achieve the purpose of the research. It is concluded that the political security of the land frontier is an important part of the national political security. To strengthen the political security education of the Party members and cadres in the frontier areas, to construct and use the harmonious frontier and the strategic frontier, It is of great significance to promote the border governance system and the modernization of governance ability.
