【摘要】：正党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次尖锐指出党内存在的不严不实问题,特别是直指言行不一、表里不一、心口不一的"两面人"现象。总书记对"两面人"现象及危害的重要论述,入木三分、发人深省,警示干部坚决不能做"两面人"、坚决要防止"两面人"现象。荀子把"口言善,身行恶"的"两面人"称为"国妖"。这样的人不仅会害事业、还会乱人心,不仅可以危害当下、还可能祸及长远。一是亵渎组织威信。"两面人"是政治投机分子,往往为了攫取个人私利机关算尽。对一级组织来说,如果在选人用人等方面被蒙蔽了眼睛,让"两面人"吃香、老实人吃亏,干部就会
