大学生党员参与党组织生活的现状调查

【摘要】：基于对华南农业大学学生党支部组织生活的大规模抽样调查数据,采用统计分析的方法,分析目前学生党员对不同活动内容和形式的组织生活的参与意愿以及不同特征的学生党员之间的参与情况的差异。实证研究表明:学生党员对党组织生活的参与意愿与实际参与出现偏离,他们普遍重视个人能力培训而轻视政治素养提升,重视社会实践体验而轻视集体学习交流。应建立健全监督考评机制,充实丰富组织生活内容,创新拓展组织生活形式。
[Abstract]:Based on the large-scale sampling survey data of the student Party branch of South China Agricultural University, this paper uses statistical analysis to analyze the differences between student party members' participation will in the organizational life of different activities and forms as well as the participation of students with different characteristics. The empirical study shows that the student party members are to the party. The willingness to participate in organizational life has deviated from the actual participation. They generally attach importance to personal ability training and despise the promotion of political literacy, attach importance to social practice experience and despise collective learning exchanges. We should establish a sound supervision and appraisal mechanism, enrich the content of the rich organization, and innovate the form of organizational life.
