全面从严治党新形势下民办高校党建工作的新思考

【摘要】：在全面从严治党新形势下,如何进一步加强民办高校党建工作,是一个需要认真思考和研究的重要问题。当前,民办高校党建工作存在重视不够、流于形式、被动应付,组织建设不规范、组织生活不规范、组织活动不规范,安于现状、囿于常规、怯于创新等问题。全面从严治党新形势对民办高校党务工作者提出了更高的要求,期待民办高校党务工作者尽快转变观念,更加有所作为,摒弃民办高校党建工作"例外论""特殊论"的观念,做到有为有位、有为有威、有为有味。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of running the Party strictly, how to further strengthen the Party building work in private colleges and universities is an important issue that needs to be seriously considered and studied. At present, there are some problems in the Party building work in private colleges and universities, such as insufficient attention, mere formality, passive coping, non-standard organizational construction, irregular organizational life, non-standard organizational activities, being content with the present situation, being confined to convention and being afraid of innovation, and so on. The new situation of administering the Party in a comprehensive and strict manner has put forward higher requirements for the party affairs workers in private colleges and universities, expecting the party affairs workers in private colleges and universities to change their ideas as soon as possible, to make more achievements, and to abandon the idea of "exceptional" and "special" in the party building work of private colleges and universities. Do have for a bit, have a powerful, have a taste.
