【摘要】：为迎接宁夏回族自治区第十二次党代会的召开,回顾和研究了改革开放新时期宁夏历次党代会主题。宁夏历次党代会的主题既一脉相承又与时俱进,从党的重大会议方面生动展现了党领导宁夏改革开放和社会主义现代化建设、党的建设的波澜壮阔的历史进程,凝聚着宝贵的历史经验,有着重要启示。
[Abstract]:In order to welcome the convening of the 12th Party Congress of Ningxia Hui Autonomous region, the theme of the Party Congress in Ningxia in the new period of reform and opening up was reviewed and studied. The themes of the past party congresses in Ningxia have followed the same line and kept pace with the times, vividly demonstrating the magnificent historical process of the party's leadership in Ningxia's reform, opening up, socialist modernization, and party building in terms of the major meetings of the party. Condensed valuable historical experience, have important enlightenment.
