“中介腐败”问题分析与治理对策

【摘要】：对"中介腐败"行为进行分析,结合其实际总结存在的主要形式,发现其新特点,探寻其深层次的产生原因,是有效治理该类腐败现象的基础。完善相关立法,对中介机构进行准确定位、实现多层面监管、建立腐败防治体系、提升腐败的风险成本、加重对腐败行为的法律处罚,能够有效治理"中介腐败"现象。
[Abstract]:Analyzing the behavior of "intermediary corruption", combining with its main forms, finding out its new characteristics and exploring the causes of its deep level are the basis of effectively controlling this kind of corruption. Perfecting relevant legislation, accurately positioning intermediary organizations, realizing multi-level supervision, establishing corruption prevention and control system, raising the risk cost of corruption and increasing the legal penalty for corruption can effectively control the phenomenon of "intermediary corruption".
