关于提升西部地区地方高校党校教育质量的几点思考

【摘要】：高校党校是党的事业的重要组成部分,是培训党员、干部、入党积极分子和党外知识分子的学校,是学习、研究和宣传马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、"三个代表"重要思想、科学发展观等重大战略思想的重要阵地,是党员、干部和入党积极分子加强党性锻炼的熔炉。当前,西部地区地方高校党校要主动解放思想、实事求是、抢抓机遇,努力提升教育质量,但其自身存在的管理体制、教学体系和教师队伍建设等方面的问题,已成为制约西部地区高校党校健康发展的重要瓶颈。
[Abstract]:Party schools in colleges and universities are an important part of the party's cause, a school for training party members, cadres, activists and intellectuals outside the Party, and a school for studying, studying and propagating Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong ideas. The Deng Xiaoping theory, the important thought of "three represents" and the important strategic thought such as the scientific development view are the melting pot for the Party members, cadres and activists to strengthen the party spirit training. At present, party schools in local colleges and universities in the western region should take the initiative to emancipate the mind, seek truth from facts, seize opportunities, and strive to improve the quality of education. It has become an important bottleneck restricting the healthy development of the Party schools in the western region.
