【摘要】：加强党的纯洁性建设，是当前党的建设的重大课题，全党要时刻保持思想纯洁、政治纯洁、组织纯洁、作风纯洁和廉洁自律。其中，思想纯洁是首要任务，能够坚定全党理想信念、明确正确方向；政治纯洁是风向标，能够坚定全党政治立场、步调一致；组织纯洁是重要基础，能够提升全党凝聚力、创造力和战斗力；作风纯洁是根本表现，能够使全党做到立党为公、执政为民；廉洁自律是根本保障，能够净化党内空气、防治腐败。党的纯洁性建设要求党员干部贯彻落实党要管党、从严治党的方针，与党的执政能力建设和先进性建设相结合，践行以人为本、执政为民的执政理念，树立正确的价值观，实现理论武装与队伍素质统一、优良作风与党性修养统一、严肃党纪与严惩腐败统一。加强党的纯洁性建设具有重大意义。它是马克思主义政党的本质要求，是社会主义核心价值观的客观要求，是党的建设理论与时俱进的集中体现，是中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要支撑。同时，有利于推动科学发展，有利于巩固党的执政地位，有利于“中国梦”的顺利实现，有利于中国特色社会主义事业“五位一体”的总布局的正确把握。随着世情、国情、党情的不断变化，给党的纯洁性建设带来了严峻的挑战。但是，马克思主义的进一步发展，党的先进性建设的顺利开展，科教兴国战略的实施，中国特色社会主义事业的发展，同时也为党的纯洁性建设提供了良好的发展机遇。全党要抓住机遇，，正确应对各种挑战，思想上要增强忧患意识、创新意识、宗旨意识和使命意识；组织上要加强党员干部理论学习、社会实践、科学管理，深化干部人事制度改革，提高干部队伍整体素质；作风上要深化重点领域改革，完善党风廉政和反腐法律规章制度，加强反腐败国际合作，深入开展党的群众路线教育实践活动，切实解决人民群众身边的腐败问题；健全党的纯洁性监督制约的长效机制，加强党内监督、民主监督、法律监督和舆论监督，提升有关法律规章制度的科学性、针对性、权威性和长效性。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the Party's purity construction is an important task in the party building at present, and the whole party should always maintain its ideological purity, political purity, organizational purity, work style purity, and incorruptibility and self-discipline. Among them, purity of thought is the primary task, capable of strengthening the ideals and beliefs of the whole party and making clear the correct direction; political purity is the vane of the wind; it is capable of strengthening the political stand of the whole party and is consistent with its pace; and the organizational purity is the important foundation and can enhance the cohesion of the whole party. Creativity and combat effectiveness; the purity of the work style is the fundamental manifestation and can enable the whole party to establish the party for the public and govern for the people; honesty and self-discipline are the fundamental guarantee; it can purify the inner-party air and prevent corruption. The pure construction of the Party requires Party members and cadres to carry out the policy of managing the Party strictly, combine it with the construction of the Party's governing ability and advanced nature, practice the governing concept of people-oriented, and govern for the people, and set up correct values. The unity of theoretical armed forces and contingent quality, fine style and party spirit cultivation, strict party discipline and severe punishment of corruption. It is of great significance to strengthen the purity of the Party. It is the essential requirement of Marxist political party, the objective requirement of socialist core values, the concentrated embodiment of the theory of Party building keeping pace with the times, and the important support of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, it is conducive to promoting scientific development, consolidating the ruling position of the Party, realizing the "Chinese Dream" smoothly, and correctly grasping the overall layout of the "five-in-one" cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Along with the world situation, the national condition, the party sentiment unceasing change, to the party's purity construction has brought the stern challenge. However, the further development of Marxism, the smooth development of the Party's advanced construction, the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, and the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics also provide a good development opportunity for the Party's purity construction. The whole party should seize the opportunity, deal with all kinds of challenges correctly, strengthen the consciousness of suffering, innovation, purpose and mission, and strengthen the theoretical study, social practice and scientific management of party members and cadres. We should deepen the reform of the cadre personnel system and improve the overall quality of the contingent of cadres, deepen the reform in key areas in their work style, improve the party style, clean government, anti-corruption laws and regulations, and strengthen international cooperation in the fight against corruption. To carry out the Party's mass line education and practice activities in depth, to effectively solve the corruption problem around the masses of the people, to improve the Party's long-term mechanism of pure supervision and restriction, and to strengthen inner-party supervision, democratic supervision, legal supervision, and public opinion supervision. Enhance the scientific nature, pertinence, authoritativeness and long-term effect of relevant laws and regulations.
