【摘要】：期票,一种信用凭证,由债务人签发的,载有一定金额,承诺在约定的期限,由自己无条件地将所载金额支付给债权人的票据。本文围绕谷子期票的发行背景、发行的情况以及历史作用,展开探讨,对研究红色金融货币史有参考作用。
[Abstract]:Promissory note, a document of credit issued by the debtor, containing a certain amount of money, which promises to pay the creditor the amount unconditionally for the agreed period of time. This paper focuses on the background, the situation and the historical function of millet promissory notes, which is useful for the study of the history of red finance and money.
