【摘要】：乡镇是我国政权组织体系中最基层的地方政府机关，是党在农村的基层组织，是落实党在农村的各项方针政策的最基本单位。从重要性方面来说，乡镇领导干部是党在农村各项政策、方针的直接执行者，是乡镇各项事业的骨干力量。乡镇领导干部身处基层，发挥着直接面对群众、直接联系群众、直接服务群众的重要作用，是党和政府密切联系群众的主体；其作风优劣直接关系着党在广大人民群众眼里的形象和表率，关系着党的基层执政能力的巩固，关系着党在基层执政水平的提高，能影响和带动良好的政风、民风。因此，加强乡镇领导干部作风建设意义重大。本文从乡镇领导干部作风建设的背景和意义出发，分析乡镇领导干部作风建设中出现的作风问题，并做了问卷调查研究，对乡镇领导干部作风建设呈现出来的五个内容：思想作风，工作作风，学风，生活作风，领导作风进行研究分析，阐述它们的重要性，再者，对乡镇领导干部作风的问题和原因进行研究分析，集中分析思想作风、学风、工作作风、领导作风，生活作风方面出现问题的原因，并运用文献资料，，结合调查分析，整理出当前乡镇领导干部作风建设需要改进和加强的措施和对策。
[Abstract]:The township is the most grass-roots local government organ in the system of political power in our country. It is the basic organization of the party in the countryside and the basic unit to implement the policy of the party in the countryside.
