【摘要】：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次强调,要坚持"三个区分开来","三个区分开来"清楚地划分了容错机制的适用范围,明确了哪些错误和失误是可以纳入容错机制的,哪些错误和失误是要接受处罚的。因此,正确把握习近平总书记提出的"三个区分开来"具有重要意义,这是容错纠错理论发展的新阶段,是党建理论的新突破,是全面深化改革的重大创新。
