什么样的“错”可容可纠

【摘要】:干部容错纠错机制中的"错"是党政干部在工作或改革创新中出现的失误。党政机关和社会各界要容许此类失误的存在,以便为那些锐意改革、敢于担当者创造良好环境。纠错的目的不在于追责,而在于帮助那些勇于创新而出现失误的干部总结经验教训,重塑改革创新之信心。
[Abstract]:The "error" in the system of cadres' fault tolerance and correction is the fault of the Party and government cadres in their work or reform and innovation. The Party and government organs and all walks of life should tolerate the existence of such mistakes in order to create a good environment for those who are determined to reform and dare to act. The purpose of error correction is not to pursue the responsibility, but to help those cadres who have the courage to innovate and make mistakes to sum up their experiences and lessons and rebuild their confidence in reform and innovation.
