【摘要】：重视调查研究是中国共产党的优良传统和作风,也是我们党的基本工作方法。二十世纪30、40年代党内大兴调查研究之风,张闻天在晋陕农村的调查活动是这一时期持续时间最长的一次调查,具有代表性和典型性。晋陕农村调查为张闻天调查研究思想的形成提供了思想理论基础,也为新时期党的领导干部重视调查研究有着重要的启示作用。延安时期,党内开展整风运动以整顿文风、学风、党风,张闻天作为当时党内主要领导人,充分认识到自己过去所犯的“左”倾教条主义错误,是没有对国内实际情况进行调查了解。在此背景下,他深入陕北、晋西北农村分别对神府、兴县、杨家沟的生产力和生产关系、土地问题和地主经济进行深入细致的调查分析,以实际行动参加整风。张闻天晋陕农村调查,形成了一系列重要的理论成果:在调查的过程中形成独特的调查研究方法;检验了当时党中央关于土地改革的政策法令;凸显了中国革命的主线是发展生产力;展现了中国农村由传统向现代迈进的生动历史场景,是中国农村现代化进程的历史缩影。张闻天晋陕农村调查所形成的理论体系具有重要的历史意义:为他一生的调查研究工作提供了思想理论基础;在一定程度上继承和发展了毛泽东调查研究理论;为延安时期马克主义中国化作出重要贡献。晋陕农村调查对新时期我们党的领导干部重视调查研究有着重要的启示作用:调查研究是理论联系实际的桥梁;调查研究是联系群众的纽带;调查研究是科学决策的重要依据;调查研究是从严治党、转变党的作风的重要环节。深入研究和学习张闻天晋陕农村调查所形成的思想理论体系,对于今天党员干部继承和发扬党重视调查研究的优良传统,坚持实事求是的思想路线,转变党的作风建设,对于党中央提出的全面深化改革,坚定不移的走群众路线,以实现中华民族复兴伟大“中国梦”,推进中国特色社会主义事业具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
[Abstract]:Attaching importance to investigation and research is the fine tradition and style of the CPC, and is also the basic working method of our Party. In the 1930s and 1940s, the investigation activity of Zhang Wentian in Shanxi and Shaanxi was the longest one in this period, which was representative and typical. The rural investigation in Shanxi and Shaanxi provides the ideological and theoretical basis for the formation of the Zhang Wentian investigation and research thought, and also has an important enlightening effect for the leading cadres of the Party to attach importance to the investigation and research in the new period. During the Yan'an period, the Party launched a rectification movement to rectify the style of writing, style of study, style of the Party, and Zhang Wentian, as the main leaders of the Party at that time, fully aware of the "left-leaning" dogmatism mistakes they had made in the past. Is does not carry on the investigation understanding to the domestic actual situation. In this context, he went deep into northern Shaanxi and the rural areas of northwestern Shanxi Province, respectively to Shenfu, Xingxian, Yangjiagou productivity and relations of production, land problems and landlords economy in-depth and meticulous investigation and analysis, with actual action to participate in the rectification movement. Zhang Wentian Shanxi and Shaanxi rural survey, formed a series of important theoretical results: in the process of the investigation to form a unique investigation and research methods, to test the Party Central Committee on land reform policies and decrees at that time; The main line of the Chinese revolution is the development of productive forces and the vivid historical scene of Chinese rural areas moving forward from tradition to modernity is the historical epitome of the process of China's rural modernization. The theoretical system formed by the rural investigation of Zhang Wentian in Shanxi and Shaanxi has important historical significance: it provides the ideological and theoretical basis for his investigation and research work in his life, inherits and develops the theory of investigation and research of Mao Zedong to a certain extent. It made an important contribution to the Sinicization of Mark Doctrine in Yan'an period. The investigation in the countryside of Shanxi and Shaanxi has important enlightenments to the leading cadres of our Party in the new period: investigation and study is the bridge between theory and practice, investigation and research is the link between the masses, investigation and research is the important basis for scientific decision-making. Investigation and research is an important link in managing the Party strictly and changing the Party's style of work. By deeply studying and studying the ideological and theoretical system formed by the Zhang Wentian Shanxi and Shaanxi rural survey, the Party members and cadres today inherit and carry forward the party's fine tradition of attaching importance to investigation and research, adhere to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts, and change the Party's style of work. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance for the Party Central Committee to deepen the reform in an all-round way, to follow the mass line unswervingly, to realize the great "Chinese Dream" of the Chinese nation's rejuvenation and to promote the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
