【摘要】：2014年12月,习近平在江苏调研时首次提出要全面从严治党,由此“全面从严治党”成为中国共产党加强自身建设的关键词。农村基层党组织作为中国共产党的重要组成部分,深入到了中国农村社会的最底层。在其运行的过程中还面临着许多问题,加强对农村基层党组织全面从严治党的研究,推动全面从严治党向农村基层党组织延伸,对于中国共产党加强自身先进性建设,保障中国共产党在农村社会的执政安全,进而巩固其执政地位具有积极的推动作用。论文对农村基层党组织全面从严治党问题的论述分为引言、正文、结语三部分。在引言部分,首先对文章的选题依据和选题意义进行了论述,明确了论文的选题意义;其次,综合分析国内外相关研究成果,对该课题的研究现状进行了述评;对当前学术界与选题相关的研究方向、研究视角、研究内容进行了概述;最后,简要分析了此选题的主要研究内容和预期成果,并对论文的研究方法和框架进行了简单的介绍。正文由以下四部分组成:第一部分,对农村基层党组织全面从严治党的一般理论进行了分析。首先,结合农村基层党组织以及全面从严治党的相关内涵,界定农村基层党组织全面从严治党的基本意义,进一步明确了农村基层党组织全面从严治党的相关内容;其次,对农村基层党组织全面从严治党的必要性和价值目标进行了分析,充分认识了全面从严治党向农村基层党组织延伸的重要作用和意义,使论文的研究方向变得更加明晰。第二部分,对马克思主义经典作家和中国共产党主要领导人全面从严治党的相关理论进行了梳理,为农村基层党组织全面从严治党总结有益的历史经验,丰富农村基层党组织全面从严治党的理论来源,为研究的开展奠定坚实的理论基础;第三部分,结合在农村实地调研的数据统计情况,分析当前农村基层党组织全面从严治党面临的主要问题,并论证了导致问题产生的相关因素。第四部分,根据农村基层党组织全面从严治党面临的问题,结合农村基层党组织科学化建设的时代要求,尝试着从思想、制度、作风、组织、政治生态等五方面提出加强农村基层党组织全面从严治党的主要路径和对策,探索农村基层党组织全面从严治党的多种实现形式。结语部分,文章重申了农村基层党组织全面从严治党所面临的问题及问题的解决对策,坚信通过全面从严治党在农村基层党组织层面的落实,农村基层党组织自身所面临的各项问题一定会得到逐步的解决,它们的建设一定会变得更加完善和科学以及富有人性化,进而巩固中国共产党在农村社会的群众基础,确保自身的执政安全。
[Abstract]:In December 2014, Xi Jinping proposed that the Communist Party of China (CPC) should run the Party strictly in an all-round way, which is the key word for the Communist Party of China (CPC) to strengthen its own construction. As an important part of the Communist Party of China, the rural grass-roots party organizations go deep into the bottom of Chinese rural society. In the course of its operation, there are still many problems. To strengthen the study of the rural grass-roots party organizations to comprehensively strictly govern the party, to promote the extension of the comprehensive and strict administration of the party to the rural grassroots party organizations, and to strengthen the construction of the CPC's own advanced nature, To guarantee the ruling security of the Communist Party of China in rural society and to consolidate its ruling position plays an active role in promoting it. The thesis includes three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. In the preface part, firstly, the paper discusses the basis and significance of the topic, then clarifies the significance of the topic; secondly, it synthetically analyzes the domestic and foreign related research results, and reviews the current research situation of the topic. The current academic research direction, research perspective, research content are summarized. Finally, the main research content and expected results are briefly analyzed, and the research methods and framework of the paper are briefly introduced. The text consists of the following four parts: the first part analyzes the general theory of rural grassroots party organization. First of all, combining the relevant connotations of rural grass-roots party organizations and comprehensive strict administration of the party, defining the basic significance of rural grass-roots party organizations comprehensively and strictly governing the party, and further defining the relevant contents of rural grass-roots party organizations comprehensively and strictly governing the party; secondly, This paper analyzes the necessity and value goal of the rural grass-roots party organization to manage the party strictly, and fully understands the important role and significance of extending from the comprehensive strict administration of the party to the rural grass-roots party organization, and makes the research direction of the thesis more clear. In the second part, the author combs the relevant theories of Marxist classic writers and the main leaders of the Communist Party of China to sum up the beneficial historical experience for the rural grass-roots party organizations to comprehensively and strictly manage the party. Enrich the theoretical sources of rural grass-roots party organizations to comprehensively and strictly govern the party, and lay a solid theoretical foundation for the development of the research; part three, combining with the data and statistics of field research in rural areas, This paper analyzes on the main problems faced by the rural grassroots party organizations in running the party strictly and demonstrates the relevant factors that lead to the problems. In the fourth part, according to the problems faced by the rural grass-roots party organizations in managing the party strictly, and in combination with the requirements of the times for the scientific construction of the rural grass-roots party organizations, the author tries to start with ideas, systems, style of work, and organization. Political ecology and other five aspects put forward the main ways and countermeasures to strengthen the rural grass-roots party organizations to manage the party comprehensively and strictly, and explore the various forms of realizing the rural grass-roots party organizations to manage the party comprehensively and strictly. In the conclusion part, the article reiterates the problems faced by the rural grass-roots party organizations in managing the party strictly and the solutions to the problems, and firmly believes that the implementation of the party at the rural grass-roots level through the comprehensive and strict administration of the party, The problems faced by the rural grass-roots party organizations themselves will surely be gradually resolved, and their construction will become more perfect, scientific and humanized, thereby consolidating the mass foundation of the CPC in rural society.
