【摘要】：正施永兴是上海浦东新区周浦镇人,当过兵,干过国企的武装部长。2006年,周浦镇正在开展"迎世博"创建文明城区活动,当时他在镇里担任义务监督组组长。镇领导问他,愿不愿意再挑起一份担子,筹备成立镇里的市民巡访团,并且担任团长。他一口应允。去年,镇领导问他,年龄大了,感觉怎么样,还能不能继续担任团长呢?他回答说:"再干几年没问题!"
