断裂与链接:青年工作阵地建设研究——基于“青年之家”基层服务型团组织阵地建设的实践

【摘要】：基层服务型团组织阵地建设是共青团组织实现服务功能的重要阵地,成为解决服务青少年最后一公里的基础性载体。当前,基层共青团组织积极整合资源,根据青年群体分布、聚集的特点,创新阵地建设模式,加强阵地建设,呈现出项目化、品牌化、社会化、专业化、网络化的特点。国家《中长期青年发展规划(2016—2025年)》的出台,为基层服务型团组织阵地建设提供了重要的政策支撑,为基层服务型团组织阵地的发展指明了方向。
[Abstract]:The construction of the grass-roots service-oriented League organization is an important position for the Communist Youth League to realize its service function, and it becomes the basic carrier to solve the last kilometer of service to the youth. At present, the grass-roots Communist Youth League organizations actively integrate resources, according to the distribution of youth groups, the characteristics of gathering, innovating the mode of building the position, strengthening the construction of the position, showing the characteristics of project, brand, socialization, specialization and network. The introduction of the National Medium-and Long-Term Youth Development Plan 2016-2025 provides an important policy support for the construction of grass-roots service-oriented League organizations and points out the direction for the development of grass-roots service-oriented league organizations.
