新时期胡耀邦干部马克思主义理论教育思想研究

【摘要】:中国共产党成立九十多年来,加强对党员干部进行马克思主义理论教育是推进党的思想理论建设的核心要义,是推进全面从严治党的重要举措,也是党的建设的一条基本经验。“文革”中滋长的“左”的错误严重禁锢了广大干部的思维方式,实事求是的思想路线遭到严重破坏,同时又造成了党风不正和不良社会风气泛滥。“文革”结束以后,极“左”的思想严重干扰党在经济、文化、组织、外交等各条战线的拨乱反正,一些干部不能发挥作用。特别是改革开放以来,面临复杂的内外环境,“左”和右的错误思想交织存在,干部中存在本领恐慌和消极腐败的不良现象,一些干部在社会主义现代化建设中未能承担相应的职责。粉碎“四人帮”以后,胡耀邦逐步成为党和国家重要领导人。进入新时期,面对干部中存在的突出问题,他提出了加强干部马克思主义理论教育的一系列观点。这有利于及时澄清干部中错误的思想认识,有利于提升干部应对改革开放新局面的本领,有利于整饬不良党风和社会风气,以此形成较为和谐的干群关系,进而激发广大干部群众投身社会主义现代化建设的热情。其有效实践经验为新的历史条件下大力推进干部理论教育提供重要历史借鉴,因而具有很强的现实意义。文章主要包括引言、正文和结语三个部分。引言部分是从四个方面介绍了本文的选题背景与意义、研究综述与评价、相关概念解析与界定、研究思路与方法。正文部分包括四个方面的内容。第一部分从理论基础、思想来源、现实条件和个人素养四个方面分析了新时期胡耀邦干部马克思主义理论教育思想形成发展的条件;第二部分从教育地位、教育目标、教育内容、教育方法四个方面论述了新时期胡耀邦干部马克思主义理论教育思想的主要内容;第三部分从结构的鲜明性、旨向的实践性、表达的深刻性和内核的辩证性等方面概括了新时期胡耀邦干部马克思主义理论教育思想的主要特色;第四部分从历史意义和现实价值两个角度论述了新时期胡耀邦干部马克思主义理论教育思想的重要价值。结语部分主要是强调了胡耀邦马克思主义观的重要性,同时也提出了本研究可以继续探讨的问题,以期深入党的干部理论教育史的研究。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) more than 90 years ago, strengthening the Marxist theoretical education of Party members and cadres is the core of promoting the Party's ideological and theoretical construction, is an important measure to promote the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, and is also a basic experience in party building. The mistakes of the "left", which grew in the "Cultural Revolution," have seriously imprisoned the thinking mode of the vast number of cadres, seriously damaged the ideological line of seeking truth from facts, and at the same time caused an unhealthy Party style and an unfavorable social atmosphere. After the end of the "Cultural Revolution," the extremely "left" ideology seriously interfered with the Party's efforts to correct the chaos on the economic, cultural, organizational, diplomatic and other fronts, and some cadres were unable to play their role. In particular, since the reform and opening up, we have been faced with complex internal and external circumstances, the "left" and the right wrong ideas are intertwined, and there is a bad phenomenon among cadres of ability panic and negative corruption. Some cadres have failed to assume corresponding responsibilities in the socialist modernization drive. After crushing the Gang of four, Hu Yaobang gradually became an important leader of the Party and the state. In the new period, facing the outstanding problems among cadres, he put forward a series of viewpoints to strengthen the education of cadre Marxism theory. This is conducive to the timely clarification of erroneous ideological understanding among cadres, to the enhancement of cadres' ability to cope with the new situation of reform and opening up, and to the rectification of bad Party style and social ethos, so as to form a more harmonious relationship between cadres and the masses. Thus stimulate the masses of cadres and masses to join the socialist modernization drive enthusiasm. Its effective practical experience provides an important historical reference for the promotion of cadre theory education under the new historical conditions, so it has a strong practical significance. The article mainly includes three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction part introduces the background and significance of this paper, the research review and evaluation, the analysis and definition of relevant concepts, the research ideas and methods. The text includes four aspects. The first part analyzes the conditions for the formation and development of Hu Yaobang cadres' Marxist theoretical educational thought in the new period from four aspects: theoretical foundation, ideological source, realistic condition and personal accomplishment. This paper discusses the main contents of the Marxist theory education thought of Hu Yaobang cadres in the new period from four aspects of educational contents and methods. The profundity and dialectics of the expression generalize the main characteristics of the Marxist theory education thought of Hu Yaobang cadres in the new period. The fourth part discusses the important value of Marxist theory education thought of Hu Yaobang cadres in the new period from two angles of historical significance and realistic value. The conclusion mainly emphasizes the importance of Hu Yaobang's Marxist view, and at the same time puts forward some problems which this study can continue to explore, in order to deepen the study of the history of the Party's cadre theory education.
