承担起我们的责任——学习党的十八届四中全会精神的体会

【摘要】：党的十八届四中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,明确了全面推进依法治国的指导思想、总目标、基本原则和重大任务。既有理论层面的深邃思考,又有立法、执法、司法、守法等方面的重大部署。全面推进依法治国、加快建设社会主义法治国家,是法治工作者的期盼。落实和推动《决定》部署的工作任务,更是法治工作者义不容辞的使命与责任。本文从广播影视法治工作者的角度,就学习贯彻《决定》谈一些体会。
[Abstract]:The "decision of the CPC Central Committee on promoting the Rule of Law in an All-round way" adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly defines the guiding ideology, general objectives, basic principles, and major tasks for comprehensively promoting the rule of law. There are profound theoretical thinking, but also legislation, law enforcement, justice, law-abiding and other important arrangements. It is the expectation of the rule of law workers to comprehensively promote the rule of law and speed up the construction of a socialist country ruled by law. It is the duty and responsibility of the rule of law workers to carry out and promote the deployment of decision-making. In this paper, from the perspective of radio, film and television law workers, some experiences are discussed on the study and implementation of decision.
