[Abstract]:Mao Zedong wrote "the Strategic problems of the Chinese Revolutionary War" in Northern Shaanxi, summarized the fighting history and experience and lessons of the Red Army in the ten years of the Agrarian Revolutionary War, and put forward a series of important strategic innovations. In the strategic process of distinguishing war and campaign, Mao Zedong suggests that the strategic process of war should be distinguished on the basis of the ratio of the two armies' forces and their total changes, and the strategic process of the war should be distinguished on the basis of the comprehensive comparison of the forces and the situation of the two armies' campaigns. In terms of the implementation principle of strategic preset in strategic defense phase, Mao Zedong put forward that "strategic direction has rules and orientation, battle direction is irregular and has no orientation", "seize strategic pivot to deploy campaign," "the degree of victory in the struggle is closely related to the degree of completion of the task in the preparatory stage," and the guiding principles such as "rather than losing too late, it is better to lose too soon." In terms of the policy of developing strategic bases, Mao Zedong analyzes the specific connotation of the two problems of consolidating and seeking development and wave-like promotion policies and of winning the war first to create Soviet areas.
